The problem

We kept hearing the same story: tradies finishing a long day on-site, then sitting down at 9pm to type up invoices they should have sent that morning. By Friday, half the details are forgotten. By month-end, cash flow is suffering because invoices went out late.

That’s Voice Invoice. You say what you did, the AI figures out the client, line items, amounts, and GST, and it syncs straight to Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks. Invoice from the van, the job site, or the cab of the truck. Wherever you finish the work.

All data on Australian servers. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Voice recordings processed and immediately deleted. We make money from subscriptions, not your data.
